Who doesn't have fond memories of sitting on the couch, laughing and arguing with your friends playing Mario Party? At one point, this franchise was the pinnacle of multi-player gaming, and this week I'm joined by my nephew, Ben, as we break down the highs and lows of the Mario Party franchise. Ben is 12, incredibly well spoken, and a video gaming junkie much like the rest of us. I really had a lot of fun recording this episode, and I hope you enjoy it, too.

Remember The Game #7 - Final Fantasy VI

Final Fantasy VI! Or, Final Fantasy III?! Or, whatever...Call it whatever you want, this is one of the greatest RPGs ever made.

My friend (and fellow geek) Miklos Blackshaw sat down with me this week, and we spent almost an hour nerding out about the game many consider to the best entry into the legendary Final Fantasy series. This episode features a little more music than most, because I just couldn't decide what song to use. I hope you guys like it!

Remember The Game #6 - Super Mario Kart

I have no idea how or why someone decided to have Mario and friends spend a day go karting, but I'm so glad they did!

This week, David Rae and I reminisce about the game that kicked off one of the most beloved franchises in Nintendo's storied history; Super Mario Kart. This is back before the days of blue shells and golden mushrooms, kids. Battle mode, Rainbow Road, Stupid Toad.....this game is an absolute gem.

Remember The Game #5 - Mega Man 2

What do you get when you combine some of the greatest music in gaming history with some of the worst box art in gaming history? Mega Man!! 

My buddy David Rae came by this week, and we talked about the first original NES game in Remember the Game history, Mega Man 2. I LOVE the Mega Man series, and MM2 was when the secret sauce was perfected. This is one of the greatest games of all time, and it was a lot of fun nerding out about it with David.
